Salim Jarrar is the General Director . He graduated from the University of Southern California with both a bachelor in civil engineering and master’s degree in construction management. He also holds a master’s degree in the construction law and dispute resolution from the University of London.

With over 30 years of experience in management of construction companies and projects in the Gulf region, he has guided several major construction organizations toward financial and business success across the GCC.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Salim was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Terminal 1 Dubai international airport, Dubai
  • Conference Palace hotel, Abu Dhabi.
Ziad Al Bataineh
Operation Director

Zaid Al Bataineh is the Operations Director. He graduated from Al Yarmouk University with a bachelor degree in civil engineering. He has a professional certification in ISO 9001-2000 in addition to training in Contracts and Project Management.

With over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry managing and handling various types of project operations ranging from residential developments, high rise buildings, hotels, industrial projects and airports in the Middle East region.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Zaid was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Kingdom Tower, KSA.
  • Kaminski residence, Palm Jumaira Dubai.
  • Ritz Carlton hotel, UAE.
Andrew Robertson
Corporate Commercial and Contracts Director

Andrew Robertson is the Corporate Commercial and Contracts Director . He graduated from the Nene College with a bachelor of quantity surveying and multiple diplomas in project management and business studies. Moreover he’s a member of several professional bodies; such as Project Management Institute PMI, Chartered Institute of Building CIOB, Adjudication Society AC and the society of construction law.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects in three continents across a wide variety of project types.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Andrew was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Emiri Terminal and Engineering buildings of Doha international airport.
Samer Ibrahim
Technical and Engineering Director

Samer Ibrahim is the technical and engineering director. He graduated from Al Baath University with a bachelor degree in civil engineering. Moreover he has a graduate diploma degree in structural engineering.

With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry handling various types of structural projects across the MENA region.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Samer was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Dubai Festival City, UAE
  • A Town for SONATRACH ALGER (Oil and Gas) – EPC Project.
Essam Saleh
Procurement Director of KCT

Essam Saleh is the Procurement Director of KCT. He graduated from Assiut University with a bachelor in civil engineering.

With over 30 years of experience in the fields of construction procurement & management in the MENA region dealing with a wide array of regional and international projects across several sectors within the construction industry.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Essam was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • ASGC headquarters, Dubai.
  • The Villa, Studio city Dubai.
  • Golden Mile, Palm Jumaira Dubai.
Mousab Haddad
Cost Control and Business Development Manager

Mousab Haddad is the Cost Control and Business Development Manager. He graduated with honors from Jordan University of Science and Technology with bachelor of civil engineering (Construction Management). Moreover he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSB).

With nearly 10 years of experience in the fields of Construction and Cost Control Management in the MENA region, the young overachiever has taken part in various Oil and Gas, Industrial and Residential projects along his distinguished career.

Some of the major projects that Mr. Mousab was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Military Housing Complex, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Ghyathi Hospital, UAE.
  • NDIA – Staff Terminal, Doha, Qatar.
Adnan Qamar
SHEQ Manager/Management Representative

Adnan Qamar is the SHEQ Manager/Management Representative. He graduated from NED University of engineering and technology with a bachelor of civil engineering and an MBA degree from SZABIST-Pakistan, a trained Lead auditor on ISO 9001:2015, and internal auditor on PAS 99:2102, 1SO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22301- Business Continuity Management system and an IOSH certified expert.

With over 16 years of experience in Quality, Risk and Integrated Management Systems in the Middle East and North Africa, he has participated on various types of projects ranging from small residential projects to airports, roads and Bridges.
Some of the major projects that Mr. Adnan was involved in before joining KCT include:

  • Dubai Police Housing project.
  • Infrastructure, roads and Bridges Al-Barsha Dubai
  • New Islamabad International Airport.
Osama Al Tawil
Sr. Finance Director

Osama Tawil is the Sr. Finance Director. He graduated from Tanta University with a bachelor of accounting.

With over 30 years of experience in managing Accounts and Finances. Having worked at some of the biggest construction Companies in the region He is an expert at the management of all financial, actuarial and insurance related aspects of the industry.

Ahmad S. El Zeftawy
Group HR Director

Ahmed S. El Zeftawy is the Group HR Director. He Graduated from Ain Shams University with a bachelor in commerce. Moreover he’s a Member of the BPS (British Psychological Society) for Psychometric and Personality Tests certified as a test user for level A and B, an Expert functional knowledge of Oracle and SAP HRIS and has participated in the Advanced Leadership program, IAFE, Rome, Italy.

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources Management and Talent Acquisition in the MENA region and Europe handling conglomerates working with Construction, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication and Power plants.

Ahsan Farooqui
Group IT Director

Ahsan Farooqui is the Group IT Director . He graduated from NED University of Engineering and Technology with a bachelor in Electrical Engineering. He also has a master’s degree in Marketing / Finance from the Institute Of Business Administration and a member of THE BUSINESS CONTINUITY INSTITUTE (BCI). Professionally, he holds PMP, CSCP, CRISC and CISSP certifications.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology in Middle East and Pakistan handling various types of businesses and information systems.
